Welcome to Trident, Udaipur! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and booking a stay with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.). PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or advance payment. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

  • Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before the check-in date (unless specified otherwise).
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: One night's retention charge or full booking amount may apply.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card or demand payment for any damages incurred to the room, furniture, or amenities.

We maintain a strict no-smoking policy in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.

4. Payment Policy

Full payment or a pre-authorization of your credit card is required upon check-in or booking (depending on the plan). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

5. Modifications

Trident, Udaipur reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
